Release Notes version 1.1.9 (20-10-2015)



General

  • We added rights/permissions for the use of the new reporting module. Before
    you can start using the reporting you have to assign your ‘Employee types’ the
    requested data sources, without this, users won’t have access to reports.

Operations

  • It’s now possible to drag and drop a file directly from your computer to a
    transport, without the need of opening the transport.

  • When dragging an e-mail directly to a transport the original e-mail was deleted
    from Outlook

  • Logging didn’t occur when changing a locomotive in a transport in some cases.

  • When exporting a wagon list to a specific (customer) format the list was empty
    in some cases

  • Changing a locomotive in a transport was not always logged.

  • (NL only) changed Prorail OVGS format (pre -announcement) from version 2 to
    3.

Planning

  • In some cases duties were not automatically assigned to the employee roster.

  • Field ‘distance’ in the path generator disappeared in the previous version. We
    added this column again.

  • It’s now possible to (re)send duties to the assigned employees from all related
    screen in the Planning module. For example :

  • In some cases the ‘track number’ for transports was not unique, this has been
    solved.

  • In some cases modifications were made in the wrong week (previously selected
    week) when selecting another week in the rosterview.

Fleet

  • Colors added to the revision types, colors for each revision type can be defined
    in the administration screen.

  • Colors couldn't be assigned to revision types in the German and Dutch version

  • Revision status added the revision screens

 

Reporting

  • New (completely rebuild) report module is now available. The following report
    types are available

    • ‘simple’ exports (raw data)

    • Excel reports

    • Graphical reports

  • Some first predefined Excel reports are now included, we will continue adding
    new reports in the future. New reports will be available for all clients
    immediately.

  • Excel reports didn’t work, when trying to open an Excel report a technical error
    message was displayed.

  • Added ‘Project no’ and ‘Order no’ fields in all transport related objects.

  • Added ‘Transport status’ in all transport related objects.

  • Added ‘Operationally closed’ in all transport related objects.

Finance

  • Added columns 'Origin', 'Origin (code), 'Destination' and 'Destination (code)' to
    the transport overview

  • Attachments on invoices are now automatically generated with the invoice in
    order to make sending to the end customer easier.

Sales

  • Added ‘Our reference’ and ‘Client reference’ as available columns in the order
    overview.
